ParentVille Parties Summer Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. How to enter:

1.1 To join the Sumer Giveaway, entrants will need to:

On our Instagram – Follow @parentvilleparties AND comment the Summer Giveaway post by tagging a friend

On BOMBOM MOROCCO Instagram – Follow @BOMBOM.MOROCCO

2. When to enter and who can enter? 

2.1 The Summer Giveaway opens on Friday 15th of June 2018 and closes Monday 29th of June 2018

2.2 Entrants can enter at any point between these dates

2.3. The Summer Giveaway is only open to residents of London (within M25) aged 20 or over, excluding employees and agents of ParentVille Parties and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Summer Giveaway.

3. Prize:

3.1 The prize for winning the Summer Giveaway will be the personalised Dot-To-Dot Basket (featured in our Summer Giveaway post on Social Media) from the brand BOMBOM MOROCCO, worth £70, and one Summer Fruit Biscuit box by Parentville Parties provider Mrs Smith, (worth the same amount)

3.2 The winner will be announced on Monday 2nd of Jully across our social media platforms: Facebook , Instagram and Twitter

3.3 The prizes are as stated and they cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services

3.4 This Summer Giveaway is a sweepstake so every entrant is equally likely to win, and the winner is chosen at random.

4. Data protection and publicity:

4.1 You consent to your tweet or comment as well as your user name on Social Media channels to be disclosed on ParentVille Parties channels if you win any prizes under the Summer Competition.

4.2 Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. By entering the Summer Giveaway you agree that ParentVille Parties may contact you in relation to the Summer Giveaway.

4.3 Summer Giveaway winners will be contacted by ParentVille Parties. You must provide accurate contact details on notification.

4.4 Parentville Parties reserves the right to use the phrase/comment or visual content shared by the entrant for the purpose of this Giveaway for marketing and promotional material without any additional compensation or prior notice to the winners. In entering this Giveaway, all participants consent the above.

5. Liability and Indemnities

5.1 ParentVille Parties and it’s associated companies and agents and distributors exclude responsibility and all liabilities, whether direct or indirect, arising from:

5.1.1 Any postponement or cancellation of the Giveaway

5.1.2 Any changes to supply of or use of the prize; and

5.1.3 Any act or failure of the supplier, which are beyond ParentVille Parties reasonable control

6. Jurisdiction

6.1 The Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and conditions.
