ParentVille Parties Father’s Day Flash Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. How to enter:

1.1 To enter the Father’s Day Flash Giveaway, the newsletter subscribers will need to:

Forward to a friend our newsletter “Summer Giveaway and Free Tickets Just today!” sent on the 15th of June 2018

2. When to enter and who can enter? 

2.1 TheFather’s Day Flash Giveaway opens on Friday 15th of June 2018 and closes at midnight on that same day.

2.2 Entrants can enter at any point during this day

2.3. The Father’s Day Flash Giveaway is open for Parentville Parties subscribers only, that are residents of London (within M25) aged 20 or over, excluding employees and agents of ParentVille Parties and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Giveaway.

3. Prize:

3.1 The prize for winning the Father’s Day Flash Giveaway will be a Free ticket for the event “Father’s Day Crafty Morning” on Sunday 17th of June 2018 at the Market Hall in Fulham for children aged 3 to 10. The event is organized by Paper Birds London, who is providing 5 free tickets for this giveaway.

3.2 The 5 winners will be contacted by email with instructions to redeem the prize at the event.

3.3 The prizes are as stated and they cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services

3.4 The winners of this Father’s Day Flash Giveaway will be the first 5 Parentville Parties newsletter subscribers that Forward to a friend our newsletter “Summer Giveaway and Free Tickets Just today!” sent on the 15th of June 2018

4. Data protection and publicity:

4.1 You consent to your email address as well as your name to be disclosed by ParentVille Parties to Paper Birds London if you win any prizes under the Father’s Day Flash Giveaway.

4.2 Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. By entering the Giveaway you agree that ParentVille Parties may contact you in relation to the Giveaway.

4.3 Giveaway winners will be contacted by ParentVille Parties. You must provide accurate contact details on notification.

5. Liability and Indemnities

5.1 ParentVille Parties and it’s associated companies and agents and distributors exclude responsibility and all liabilities, whether direct or indirect, arising from:

5.1.1 Any postponement or cancellation of the Giveaway

5.1.2 Any changes to supply of or use of the prize; and

5.1.3 Any act or failure of the supplier, which are beyond ParentVille Parties reasonable control

6. Jurisdiction

6.1 The Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and conditions.
